My favorite watering hole. Ever.
A word of warning: this is a tiki bar. They serve carefully crafted and complex rum drinks. Don't show up expecting anything else. Don't ask for a Moscow Mule, wine, or even a rum & Coke.
These drinks are also quite strong. 2 is enough for me to Lyft home.
I've been here several times and haven't had a bad drink yet.

I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I visited after dining at their other restaurant (unfortunately that one didn't last). The drinks were good but way over priced. The service was ok but don't expect a quick in and out. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. I ordered their version of the Cobb Salad. When it arrived it looked promising but I soon discovered "mixed greens" was mostly a bowl of Arugula. I'm not a fan of Arugula. I was able to switch my order for the geek chicken bowl. That was a huge disappointment. The rice was soggy and over cooked. The chicken was shredded and did not resemble the taste of jerk chicken at all!!! It had some sort of "sweet" taste that reminded me of something I would eat at Christmas.
After sending back a drink and an entree I feel compelled to pay for the uneaten rice bowl.
$60 for two drinks, a rice bowl and a small order of span Musabi. Super disappointed. -

Service was the worst. A friend didn't know they only served rum and ordered vodka, the guy with the fez looked at her like she was an idiot. She then ordered a glass of wine and asked what they had and he said he's only poured a few glasses this year so he wouldn't know. I mean what the actual F? I got my drinks from the cool guy at the other end but seriously, Jason and Robyn, you gotta get the fezzed guy some happy to talk to you pills.
Otherwise, the place was great and the drink was very good. But I'd go to the new tiki place that opened up just down the street. Better service and the drink is just a little less delicious but worth it. -

Absolutely an islander, exotic experience. They had Masubi and Poke! The drink potency are rated by skulls. Beautiful and interesting decor. Had so much fun. Great staff... great food and for sure great drinks. Definately a place to check out in Tacoma

Great Tiki bar with excellent quality cocktails. Cool theming. Patrons were living the tiki lifestyle which added to the ambiance. Definitely check out this bar whenever in Tacoma!
